  • featherlitestore.com( Featherlite Collections) is an online platform where users can buy furniture. All orders and purchases made through this Site are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions mentioned below. This is our Terms of Service Agreement (“Terms of Service Agreement” or “Agreement”). It governs your use of our online services and any content or information therein (the “Service”).

  • Please read the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement carefully. You can access the current version of this Agreement any time at Terms of sales and Service. This Agreement is subject to change from time to time. Any modifications we make will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site and the effective date of the latest version will appear on this page. It is your responsibility to regularly check the site to determine if there have been changes to this Terms of Service Agreement and to review the changes.

  • This Terms of the Agreement applies to anyone using the Site. By visiting the Site or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by all of the terms of this Agreement and Featherlite collections.

No use by Children under 18

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including, but not limited to, removing any content from the Site for any reason, suspending or cancelling any user’s access to the Site or the Service, and/or taking legal action against any user who makes available any content that Featherlite, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether any material falls within any prohibited category or is otherwise impermissible

Location/Consent to Transfer

  • Those who access or use the Site or the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own choice and risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local law. Severability

  • If any provision of this Agreement is found by a proper authority to be unenforceable or invalid, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render this Agreement unenforceable or invalid as a whole and in such event, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable or invalid provision within the limits of applicable law or applicable court decisions. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein.

Transfer of Rights

  • This Agreement, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Featherlite without restriction.

Law and Venue

  • This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India, as they are applied to agreements that are entered into and performed entirely within India. Any action you, any third party or Featherlite may bring to enforce this Agreement or, in connection with any matters related to the Site or the Service, shall be brought only in the State Indian Courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, and you expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts over yourself and any such matters.

  • Personal Information refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate the person, to whom such information pertains including, but not limited to, IP address, name, physical address, email address, phone number, cell phone number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, identification number and credit card information and other information such as gender, occupation and other demographic information.

Will Featherlite share my personally identifiable information?

  • We don’t share your name or other personally identifiable information to third parties. We may use or disclose information to resolve disputes or investigate problems. We may disclose or access information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or if we consider it necessary to maintain service and improve our products and services.

  • We may use your IP address and share it with third parties to help diagnose problems with our servers, to manage the Site and the Service, and to enhance the Site and the Service based on usage pattern data.

Warranty Terms

Trust, Performance and Inspiration Fused

Featherlite Products are warranted in accordance with the Featherlite Products Warranty. The warranty is valid from the date of final installation, commissioning of the ordered products to the original End User and is non-transferable. End User meaning the final purchaser acquiring the products from Featherlite for own use and not for resale, re-marketing or distribution.

A product will not be considered to be defective, and Featherlite will not repair, or replace it if the product (1) is not installed and used as recommended in Featherlite written specification, installation, care, maintenance and user guides; (2) has been otherwise misused or suffered abusive damage. At all times the Covered Product must have been located in the building as specified by the original billing document that is (i) dry, fully closed-in and protected from natural elements, calamities.

A defect to the material or workmanship does not include, damage to a product, or failure of a product to operate or perform properly, caused by (a) normal wear and tear; (b) An act of God; (c) a product alteration made without Featherlite expressed written authorization; (d) the natural variation of colour or fraying of fabrics, grain or texture found in wood, fabric and leather; (e) the natural aging found in materials such as wood, fabric, and leather which results in colours shifting during use; (f) dye lot variations in fabric, leather or partition covering; (g) reverse crocking of dyes from clothing onto our seating materials.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The warranty is valid for a period of 36 months (3 years) from the date of final invoice for all orders placed through http://www.featherlitestore.com subject to the adherence to the instruction on care & usage stipulated. We assure you that all Featherlite products are free from defects in materials or workmanship, except as set below.

 

Care & Usage:

 

Dos’

  • Industry standard stationary to be used on white board markers

  • Industry standard cleaning liquids to be used

  • All accessories must be used for its specified use only

  • Handle all Glass components with extreme care

  • Use appropriate magnets for Magnetic boards

  • All disassembly or alterations to be conducted by Featherlite technicians only

Donts'

  • Drag sharp / metallic objects on the work surface

  • Avoid sitting on the work surface, it is only for IT equipment

  • Drag or move partitions, needs to be done by Featherlite technicians

  • Use strong solvents like petrol/spirit/thinner for cleaning white marker board, laminates, fabrics and leather

  • Spill any sort of liquid on partition walls

  • Any sort of abuse to or on the furniture
